Our Equipment

 

True Form takes a great amount of pride in the equipment that is used to keep production high. Every piece of equipment involved
plays a crucial role in the creation of Tool and Die products.

For CNC Milling, each mill has full 3D capability. There are 3 mills in action, a Haas VF 2, a Haas VF 4, and a Haas VF 5. For CNC Lathes, True Form operates on 2 different lathes, a Haas ST­30, and a Haas TL­1.

Our Wire EDM products are ran through 2 machines: a Makino DUO 43, and a Makino DUO 64.

Surface and ID/OD Grinding can take place in 3 different machines. These machines include a 6in x 18in Reid Surface Grinder with a 14in Z Axis, a 12in x 32in Brown and Sharpe Automatic Surface Grinder with a 20in Z Axis, and an 8in x 18in Kent ID/OD Grinder with an 8in Chuck.

Other equipment used in True Form’s day­ to ­day operations include 2 Bridgeport 12in x 32in Series 1 mills, a 115in x 30in LeBlond lathe, and a 5 Ton High Bridge Crane (40ft Wide x 75ft Long x 16ft High)

True Form’s Press Room has 1 press used for Try Out and Tool Run-Off processes. This press is a 150-ton Bliss Press.
